We are a family run business making Welsh cakes for nearly 20 years. We have shops in Merthyr Indoor Market , Trago Mills Merthyr and Cardiff Indoor Market. 

Our Welsh cakes are all cooked on a traditional griddle (bakestone) exactly as they used to be made in every welsh home many years ago. They are made in view of the public, by hand.
