Our Welshcakes are all cooked on a traditional griddle (bakestone) exactly as they used to be made in every welsh home many years ago.
They are made in view of the public by hand. Come and see our show cooking our delicious cakes, you can see them being rolled, cut, and griddled before your very eyes!

We have welcomed many celebrities to our shops, Jamie Oliver came where we taught him to make Welsh Cakes. The Cardiff Devils visited whilst Fox News and Julian McDonald enjoy our delicious cakes!
We’ve even delivered our Welsh Cakes to Buckingham Palace!
